If we don't book, you don't pay.
BookedNet brings new enquiries to appointment-based businesses, and follows up on the ones that never got answered. You're invoiced once a month, only for the appointments that got booked.
Nothing upfrontInvoiced monthlyStop any time
The enquiry nobody got back to.
Someone calls, messages, or fills in a form. Nothing goes back to them quickly enough. They book somewhere else the same day. It doesn't show up in any report, so it's easy to miss entirely.
We work both ends of it.
Same arrangement. Rates match the appointment type and source.
New enquiries
We create the demand and send it your way. The advertising runs in your own account, so you keep the data and pay the platform direct.
Missed enquiries
We go back to the ones that came in and never got booked. Text first, and you approve how it reads before anything goes out. Recovery starts only after your call route and text sender pass their test.
How it runs.
01 — Set it up
We agree what counts, the appointment types and sources in scope, and the calendar slots we can use. For recovery, we also prove how the missed call reaches follow-up from the number the caller dialled.
02 — Run both ends
New enquiries in, missed ones followed up.
03 — Reconcile monthly
Each claim points to the calendar entry we created and its evidence trail. Anything you question stays off the invoice until it's settled.
Questions.
What counts as a booked appointment?
One that's scheduled and confirmed by someone we brought in, or someone we followed up with. It sits in your calendar with the evidence trail behind it, so you can check it yourself.
What doesn't count?
Anything already on your books before we started. Duplicates and reschedules — one booking, one result. And anyone we can't trace back to our work.
What if they cancel or don't turn up?
It still counts. That risk is already priced in, so there's nothing to claim back and nothing to argue about afterwards.
What does it cost?
A fixed amount per booked appointment for your industry, appointment type, and source. You get every applicable rate in writing before anything starts, and it doesn't move without notice.
Who owns the advertising account?
You do. You pay the platform direct and we never touch payment. The account, the data, and the audiences stay yours if we stop working together.
How do I stop?
Tell us. Either side can stop at any time, and you'll only ever owe for appointments already booked.
It doesn't suit everyone.
What you sell doesn't decide it. Whether you can take the work does.
It works when
You take appointments, have room for more, and provide a calendar with slots we can book into. Recovery also needs each enquiry's date and source plus a customer call route and text sender that pass their test.
It doesn't when
The calendar is already full, or the work is urgent enough that it needs answering in minutes rather than following up in hours.

BookedNet is small, and it's built so that if it doesn't produce booked appointments, it doesn't produce an invoice either.
